Returns

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise should be unused, uncompromised, and have the original vendor tags attached. A $5 return fee is applied to all returned orders and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, including gift cards and vouchers. Kindly note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Once processed, refunds can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for your bank to fully process. Please note that personalized bags, final sale items, and international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
