Unframed Prints
All unframed prints will ship out within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, please allow for time in transit. Most orders take 3-5 business days in transit.
- FedEx Ground: arrives 1–5 business days after shipment within the continental US\*
- FedEx Ground: arrives 3–7 business days after shipment to Hawaii\*
- FedEx 2 Day: arrives 2 business days after shipment within the continental US\*
- FedEx International Priority: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide\*\*
- FedEx International Economy: Typically arrives in 2–5 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide, please refer to our FAQ page for a list of the international countries we ship to\*\*
- FedEx International Ground: Typically arrives in 2–7 business days after shipment to Canada
- FedEx operates Monday–Friday, delivery is by the end of the business day

Framed prints take approximately 8-10 business days to ship from date of purchase.

In the continental US, Framed Prints ship via FedEx Ground (arrive 1-5 business days after shipment within the continental U.S.).

In Canada, Framed Prints ship via FedEx International Economy (arrive 2-10 business days after shipment ).

Gray Malin prints and framed prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Hawaii & International orders.
- Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.
- Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
- Return shipping label will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
- 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography. Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.
