## Ingredients:

-
#### 8 fresh raspberries
-
#### 1 ½ oz. tequila
-
#### ¾ oz. Chambord
-
#### ½ oz. lemon juice
-
#### orange bitters (if you can’t find orange bitters at the store, regular bitters will work)
-
#### 3 oz. ginger beer
-
#### fresh mint
-
#### ice
**Note:** If you prefer your cocktails to be extra sweet, you can also add ¼ oz. simple syrup, but we think the sweetness from the ginger beer is just enough.
## Directions:

1.
#### Begin by muddling your fresh raspberries in a bowl. This will be mixed in with your cocktail, but you can also use any whole raspberries you have left over to add to a fresh raspberry skewer as garnish.
2.
#### Add tequila, Chambord, lemon juice, orange bitters, and ginger beer to glass of your choice. Add ice until full.
3.
#### Divide your muddled raspberries evenly between the glasses, and add on top of each cocktail. Mix gently to combine, while still leaving enough to be seen at the top.
4.
#### Peel the skin of half a lemon, and cut into a small strip. Twist and hold until curled.
5.
#### Garnish cocktails with lemon twist, fresh mint sprigs, and fresh raspberry skewers if you choose.
6.
#### Toast to the East Coast!
