Can you believe we’re already one week into Spring? It may not feel like it right now, but pretty soon we’ll all be outside enjoying all of our favorite activities. In the meantime, now seems like as good of a time as ever to tackle refreshing your home for Spring. What do you think? If you’re going to be cooped up inside, don’t you at least want it feel beautiful and refreshing? Bringing in fresh spring art is a great place to start. You can bring home your favorite prints with free framing and shipping right now on graymalin.com. Plus, you will receive a complimentary beach puzzle with any art purchase. We teamed up with McKenna Bleu to share her tips and tricks for refreshing your space and love how she used Gray Malin prints to bring life to her home.
## 1. How would you describe your overall home decor style?
I would describe my style as clean, minimal, and bright with a coastal feel! I love the look of crisp white walls and typically gravitate towards shades of blue and neutral tones. I like to bring in color with plants, accessories, and, of course, art!
## 2. What are your tips for keeping your home tidy and fresh day-to-day?
Keep it tidy as you go! I always make sure my bed is made before leaving for the day. It’s an easy task that will instantly make your space feel cleaner the minute it’s done. Clearing your counter and coffee table each night is another great habit to build—waking up to a clean and organized space is my love language!
## 3. How do you refresh your home decor when spring rolls around?
Art & throw pillows! Adding colorful pillows and art is an easy way to transition your space. Spring is when I get to have a little bit more fun with my decor and bring in bright colors that add a feel of sunshine to my home. I love the color pink and you can always find touches of it throughout my decor.
## 4. Do you have any tips for spring cleaning your home?
My most successful tip to Spring clean is to focus on one area at a time. If you try and tackle the whole house at once, it will get overwhelming very quickly. Make it a goal each week to tackle a new area in your home. It doesn’t have to be done all in one day! Taking your time to be thorough and thoughtful will make it easier to keep it that way when it’s all done. Also, be realistic whith yourself. Create systems for organizing that will actually work for you.
## 5. If you were going to add one Gray Malin print to your collection to brighten up your home for Spring, what would you pick?
That’s a hard one, I love them all! But I would say Cabana Girls, The Breakers at Palm Beach is a beautiful compliment to my new sitting room. The bright colors instantly make me smile.
These are such great tips. Thank you for sharing, McKenna! If you’re feeling like your home needs a little pick me up, try adding a fun new piece of spring art to your walls for a daily escape. Take advantage of our free framing and shipping promotion and receive a complimentary beach puzzle for a limited time.
Cheers!
