Framed prints are custom made with your choice of matte white finish, matte black finish, or natural maple, along with the below assets:

  • Premium hardwood frame moulding in matte white, matte black, and natural maple
  • UV-blocking acrylic glass, which protects against 91% of UV rays
  • Heat-activated foam board backing
  • Saw-tooth hanger & nail (Small size)
  • 1 pair of D-rings & nail (Medium size)

Unframed Prints

All unframed prints will ship out by Friday of the week the print was purchased. For all orders received on Friday, we try our best to ship out same-day but in some cases, orders placed on Friday will ship out the following week. 

  • FedEx Ground: arrives 1–5 business days after shipment within the continental US*
  • FedEx Ground: arrives 3–7 business days after shipment to Alaska and Hawaii*
  • FedEx 2 Day: arrives 2 business days after shipment within the continental US*
  • FedEx International Priority: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide**
  • FedEx International Economy: Typically arrives in 2–5 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide, please refer to our FAQ page for a list of the international countries we ship to**
  • FedEx International Ground: Typically arrives in 2–7 business days after shipment to Canada
  • FedEx operates Monday–Friday, delivery is by the end of the business day

*Exceptions: FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes & does not deliver on US bank holidays.  Note that if you place an order during a week of a US bank holiday, that shipment might be delayed by an additional day.

Gray Malin prints and framed prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. Continental U.S. and Canada only, not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii & International orders.

  • Return process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting Guest Services.
  • Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
  • Return shipping label will be provided by Guest Services. Shipping charges will be deducted from merchandise credit. Items must be return shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
  • 30% restocking fee applies to all returned framed photography.  Please note for all exchanges, only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied unless an even exchange is initiated.

Framed prints are custom made with your choice of matte white finish, matte black finish, or natural maple, along with the below assets:

  • Premium hardwood frame moulding in matte white, matte black, and natural maple
  • UV-blocking acrylic glass, which protects against 91% of UV rays
  • Heat-activated foam board backing
  • Saw-tooth hanger & nail (Small size)
  • 1 pair of D-rings & nail (Medium size)
  • Pre-attached Wallbuddies & pair of nails (Large size)

Shipping Policy

Unframed Prints

All unframed prints will ship out by Friday of the week the print was purchased. For all orders received on Friday, we try our best to ship out same-day but in some cases, orders placed on Friday will ship out the following week. 

  • FedEx Ground: arrives 1–5 business days after shipment within the continental US*
  • FedEx Ground: arrives 3–7 business days after shipment to Alaska and Hawaii*
  • FedEx 2 Day: arrives 2 business days after shipment within the continental US*
  • FedEx International Priority: Typically arrives in 1–3 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide**
  • FedEx International Economy: Typically arrives in 2–5 business days after shipment to select countries worldwide, please refer to our FAQ page for a list of the international countries we ship to**
  • FedEx International Ground: Typically arrives in 2–7 business days after shipment to Canada
  • FedEx operates Monday–Friday, delivery is by the end of the business day

  • In the continental US, Framed Prints ship via FedEx Ground (arrive 1-5 business days after shipment within the continental U.S.).

  • Please be aware delays may occur due to inclement weather.*
