Using Diptych & Triptych Wall Art to Transform a Room

Using Diptych & Triptych Wall Art to Transform a Room

Hi Friends!

I always say the more the merrier, and that’s definitely true when it comes to diptych and triptych wall art. They’re a great addition to a room when you want to cover a large space without it feeling overcrowded the way it sometimes can with a gallery wall. It’s also much easier to create a cohesive look in a room with them! Take a peek at some of my recent favorites.

Nothing beats beach triptych wall art for me! The colors and scale in this room are so stunning. The larger triptychs are great for filling more space. Plus who doesn’t want to feel like they're sitting beachside every day. Here’s a little side by side comparison to see how they take up space differently than single frames.

Home is where your Hollywood Sign Triptych is. This print creates a picture perfect landscape for any space. They add the right pop of color that ties in so nicely with the fiddle leaf fig tree and the Whitehaven Beach tray.

How sweet is this little triptych in a nursery?! The pairing of threes in this room is perfection. Color Balloons are a great addition to any youthful space. It’s a piece that can easily grow with your little one and be a fixture as their room and personality change. Whether it be 3 or 1, this print can add a fun pop of color to any room.

Technically not a triptych, but I’m obsessed with Dunmore Beach Club, Harbour Island paired with two Dunmore Umbrellas Vertical, Harbour Island prints. The lines in this room play so well together between the artwork, furniture and wallpaper. Here’s a comparison to the center print in vertical as well!

This diptych of the Italian Riviera has me dreaming of summers in Europe. Diptychs are a great addition to a more narrow space that may be overpowered by a triptych. They allow you to fill vertical space without taking up too much horizontal space.

Black and white is a great way to go for art that you want to live in your home forever. No matter how your aesthetic or decor changes there is always a place for it. The Hollywood Sign triptych is also a classic print that can grow and move with you.
