Hi Everyone,
I’m excited to introduce my latest collaboration, as it’s very serendipitous timing with me becoming the father to our beautiful boy and girl twins. Have you guessed what it is, yet? If you’re thinking kids’ furnishings, then you would be correct and I’m thrilled to be doing this collection with my innovative partner, Cloth & Company. Inspired by both my photography and my passion for interior design, I hope these pieces add joy to any room and delight both children and their parents alike.
## The Design Inspiration
When it comes to nursery and kids’ room decor, I’ve loved seeing how well the series, Gray Malin at the Parker, has been incorporated into so many children’s rooms over the years. Then, following the success of my first children’s book, Be Our Guest!, last year, I definitely felt that the bright hues and playful animals of this modern-day fantasyland collection would lend itself perfectly to nursery and children’s furnishings.
Without much further ado, I give you the Gray Malin x Cloth & Company kids’ furnishings collection.
### The Bed
This “big kid” bed is the perfect addition to your child’s room that sweetly compliments their transition from the crib. I’m especially fond of this lovely Toile pattern, which comes in both blue and pink. I gravitate toward it as it feels both elevated and playful and is very much the vibe of my own twins’ nurseries.
### The Headboard
Want to make a bit more of a statement? This grand headboard will certainly do the trick. Featuring some of the Parker series’ favorite characters, this addition to your child’s decor is sure to evoke smiles upon entering the room. The hardest part will be, of course, choosing which whimsical animal to go with...
### The Storage Ottoman & Bench
Ready to get organized, yet still keep it cute? Maybe it’s becoming a parent, but there is something incredibly satisfying about finding multi-functional furniture that is also stylish. There is no reason to sacrifice either, in my opinion, if you don’t have to, especially when you have these adorable options at your disposal.
The Striped Ottomans feature your choice of Camel, Elephant, Flamingo, or Giraffe.
There are also non-striped pattern options featured on a different style of ottoman.
For the largest option, there is the storage bench, which comes in both the Toile blue and pink, as well as a few other unique prints like the Palm Tree Stripe.
### The Chairs
There are, of course, a couple of styles and pattern combinations to choose from for your child’s seating needs. I’m especially loving the gingham flamingo and camel dots prints, and of course, the elegant toile pattern.
Prefer a chair with a little more cushion and armrests? Don’t worry, we’ve got just the style for you in this fun balloon print as well as two other playful patterns.
### The Settee
Who doesn’t like a classic settee moment? If you’re wondering if it also comes in my favorite toile pattern, the answer is yes!
### The Pillows
Last but certainly not least, the assortment of throw pillows make the best room accents in any pattern you choose!
Well, what do you think?
