Hi Everyone,
It’s officially the most festive time of the year — the season where twinkle lights go up, holiday playlists return, and (if you’re anything like me) happy hour gets a very merry upgrade. I love a reason to celebrate, and nothing says “holidays are here” quite like a cheerful cocktail shared with friends and family. So today, I’m opening the doors to Gray’s Holiday Bar with two of my favorite seasonal sips.
Whether you’re hosting a gathering, wrapping gifts, or simply settling in after a long day, these drinks are guaranteed to bring a little extra sparkle to the moment.

🎄 Festive Peppermintini
My go-to holiday cocktail — equal parts refreshing, nostalgic, and fun.
This is a longtime favorite in our home. It’s crisp and minty, has just the right amount of sweetness, and looks like it came straight out of a holiday movie set. With a candy cane stir stick and that red sugar rim, how could it not?

Ingredients
5 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz white crème de menthe
½ oz peppermint schnapps
Optional: candy cane stir stick, red sugar rim
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour in the vodka, crème de menthe, and peppermint schnapps.
Shake until chilled and frosty.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish as festive as you please.
It’s simple, delicious, and always a crowd favorite. If you’re looking for a signature drink for your next holiday get-together — this is it.
🍸 Santa’s Margarita
A winter twist on a classic — for those who love a little extra cheer.
Margaritas aren’t just for summer. This version brings together fresh lime, agave, and good tequila to create a bright, refreshing holiday cocktail that pairs beautifully with everything from tamales to gingerbread (trust me).
Ingredients
Tequila Don Julio Blanco
Fresh lime
Agave
Salt rim
Light, citrusy, and festive — it’s the perfect sip for a cozy night in or a lively holiday fiesta.
I always say life is short — sip the champagne, order the dessert, and mix the cocktails that make the season feel special. These drinks do just that. I hope they bring a little joy (and a little extra sparkle) to your celebrations this year.
If you try them, tag me — I’d love to see your holiday bar in action.
Cheers & Happy Holidays!
Xx,
Gray
