Hi Everyone!
I’m so excited to finally share my latest series, Dogs of Wrigley Field™! Chicago has always held a special place in my heart, and this project was a dream come true — combining my love of dogs with one of America’s most historic and beloved ballparks, Wrigley Field™.
Our Chicago arrival was unforgettable: a torrential downpour that had our team nervously refreshing radar apps every few minutes. For a moment, it looked as if the shoot might be rained out entirely. Then Chicago did what Chicago does—the weather turned on a dime, the clouds split open, and by the time we were set to roll, blue sky and sunshine poured across the Friendly Confines. It was as if the city knew we had something special planned and decided to put on its best show!
Once we stepped onto the field, the magic of Wrigley Field™ took over. To explore such an iconic landmark, a place so deeply rooted in history and tradition, was truly surreal. The ivy-covered walls, the iconic scoreboard, every corner of the ballpark felt like the perfect backdrop for capturing this series.
We had the joy of working with more than eleven incredible dogs of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. Each pup was styled uniquely to showcase their personality through a Cubs™ fan’s lens — from jerseys and caps to foam fingers and even bites of Chicago-style hot dogs. Every detail celebrated both their individuality and the playful spirit of Chicago’s home team.
Together with the Wrigley Field™ team, we worked to capture the spirit of the ballpark while respecting its schedule and space. Shooting on the field, in the stands, and around the stadium gave us a dynamic range of perspectives, all tied together by that undeniable charm of Wrigley Field™.
