BEACHES in the News

Hi Everyone, WOW! May was an incredible month and June is already looking to be just as good, if not BETTER! I am so elated by how well my first book, BEACHES, has been received! Publishing a book is scary, primarily for the fact that it might not sell, but seeing the fruits of my labor finally our in the world and on so many gorgeous coffee tables around the world ( thanks for sharing on social media!) has had me over the moon. Further more, it truly has been a joy getting out to meet you allin Dallas, Miami, Chicago, the Hamptons, and most recently in NYC. It's truly been humbling reading all of the incredible articles in world class national press publications, too. Many of you have seen my ugly crying on snapchat over the happiness of seeing the book in these magazines so I thought I'd take a moment and share a quick recap, just in case you missed it.

Condé Nast Traveller UK - We did a really fun Q & A together about the book and how it all came together, which was super exciting to begin with and then they usedmy print Miami Pink Umbrellasfor the cover! InStyle's June Issueincluded the book and my travel tips for Rio de Janeiro. REAL SIMPLEnewest issue, June listed it as a great summer gift. California Home + Design and The Hollywood Reporter, and Sunsetall shared wonderful stories as well.

Speechless about Wall Street Journal- it's always been a DREAM to be in the WSJ. I get it every day to my house and comb its pages learning about all of the latest and greatest going on in the world. It's just an honor to make a 1/2 page spread in color across its iconic pages.



The book and myHamptons recommendations appeared in theMETRONYCand also, I'll be on the radio, too! I will let you know more soon when it's airing.

She's my favorite Southern Belle! Thank you Kristin Tice Studeman for this beautiful story about me and my career. I'm officially a New York Times Best Seller! Thank you ALL so much for your support and for loving the book as much as I loved making it. There are no words that I can find to express what it feels like to earn this great honor. I never dreamed this would happen and I even thought it was not possible for fine-art photography books given their higher price points-- but sure enough, my publisher at Abrams called me to give me the news herself and sent flowers to toast the occasion. Thank you everyone who has purchased a copy or has told a friend to get one! It means the world...
