Hi Everyone,
It's International Women's Day and this year's theme is#balanceforbetter and I for one am all for it!
> ### The future is exciting. Let's build a gender-balanced world.
>
> ### Everyone has a part to play - all the time, everywhere.
I love this message and the future it advocates and celebrates. Throughout my life as well as career, I have been honored to be surrounded by incredible women and could not be more proud of the strong, empowered, and driven women I am so fortunate to call friends, family, colleagues and fellow entrepreneurs. To honor this day and this year's theme of #balanceforbetter I'm taking a look back at some of the dazzling women we've had the honor to feature on the Gray Malin Lifestyle blog. In no particular, as they all shine brightly on their own, let's begin.
## KARLA SOUZA
Karla, an actress, and producer, is probably best known for her role on _How to Get Away with Murder._ What you may not know though is that this wife and mother is also a global ambassadorfor **DECIDIDAS**a platform to help generate a dialogue around the decisions we make as women and share the experiences of those making positive changes in our community. See more at Karla's Home Tour
## RACHAEL DeVAUX
Rachael of Rachael's Good Eats is quite literally creating a wellness empire! I haven't had the opportunity to meet Rachael in person (yet!) but it is fair to say we are both fans of each other's work. At just 26, Rachaelis aregistered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and lover of all things health and holistic wellness. OH, and did I mention, she's also the co-founder of Toast Society Cafe, the first gourmet toast & coffee bar in Las Vegas and just collaborated with Frankie & Joe's plant-based ice cream shop on her very own flavor. Learn more about Rachael's style at home HERE.
## SUSAN FELDMAN
Susan is the epitome of an entrepreneur and proof that there is no age limit when it comes to following your career dreams. In her own words, "I was a late bloomer, 53. I didn’t make the leap as an entrepreneur until 2009 when we launched One Kings Lane. After building the One Kings Lane brand we decided in 2016 to sell it to Bed Bath and Beyond. I had another aha moment and decided to createIn The Groove."
Recently featured as a home tour, head to Susan Feldman of In The Groove to learn more about this dynamic woman not to mention check out her interior decor style.
## MEG YOUNG
I first met Meg when she managed public relations for Kate Somerville, and I was undergoing a pretty life-changing skin transformation. Through that time, we became friends as well as colleagues. Meg and her husband welcomed their first daughter into the world, then in true powerhousefashion, Meg decided to launch her out public relations agency, Meg Young Media. Without skipping a beat, she became pregnant with her second adorable daughter, all the while growing her clientele with an emphasis on all things beauty. Did I mention her sweet daughters? Prepare for cuteness overload with Meg's Home Tour.
## ELIZABETH CHAMBERS
Elizabeth is the kind of person who makes everyone that crosses her path feel special. I first met this mother of two at an event when she and her husband Armietold me about how they owned a framed print of mine that had a very special meaning to them. I, of course, always love hearing about how my work resonates with those who decorate their home with it. As we chatted more, I learned that this woman keeps herself busy! From owningand operatingher own business,BIRD Bakery, to being a wife and mother of two, all the while slowly but surely decorating her family's Los Angeles home, which I encourage you all to take the tour.
What a great group of women! This is just the tip of the iceberg of incredible people we've featured on the blog so I definitely encourage you all to check out of Home Tour section of the blog.
