3 Destinations I’m Traveling to This Year

Hi Everyone,

If you’re familiar with my work, then you know by now that traveling is just all in a day’s work for me and my team. It’s a part of the job that I adore, and I’m excited to say that this year I’ll even be traveling to some new spots for the very first time! I just added some brand new luggage tags to the GM collection today, and it got me thinking about all the places I’m looking forward to seeing in 2018.

While I can’t reveal all the details of the work I’ll be shooting this year, I figured I’d give you all a little teaser by sharing three notable destinations I’ll be traveling to, to get your imaginations turning… Come along with me as I make a few travel plans below, and shop my sparkling new luggage tags in the process!

## Thailand

As I mentioned in my New Year’s Resolutions post not too long ago, Thailand has been one of the dream locations on my list for some time, and I’m finally making the jump to South East Asia in February (so soon!!). I can’t wait to dive into the culture, see the beautiful temples, and of course, take to the pristine blue waters in a Thai long-tail boat to visit a few islands—and take to the sky to see them from above.

## Cambodia

Just next door to Thailand, the next stop on my list is Cambodia! This is another location I’ve had on my must-see list, and I finally have travel plans set in motion to visit next month. The sprawling ancient ruins are a sight to see even in photos, so they’ll surely be on our to-do list in person. It’s a rather unfamiliar culture compared to other locations I’ve been to, so I’m excited to see what it’s all about. And of course, I’ll be spending a fair share of time exploring the landscape to capture what I hope will be some incredible new work!

## Iceland

Last, but certainly not least, in my travel plans for 2018 is the stunning Nordic country of Iceland. With its sprawling landscape and relatively low population, it’s actually pretty sparsely populated compared to many other European countries. From a photographer’s standpoint, this will hopefully make for some pretty dreamy work of the waterfalls, fjords, mountains, hills, and valleys that cover this island.

**Where would you like to see me shoot a series next?**

I can’t wait to turn onmy Auto Reply before IJetset on a Voyage toeach one of these countries! It's always exciting to create new work from in brand new destinations. But until then, the concepts are top secret… ;)

Cheers!

xx
