
Basically, this smoothie is a part of my morning routine I look forward to every single day, and I have to say, it looks twice as enticing served on our brand new coasters and large trays. ;)

As a rule of thumb, Kelly’s Be Well Smoothie recipes consist of a few major ingredients, including things like protein, fiber, healthy fats, greens, and fruit. With that said, there are so many incredible recipes to try from Kelly that will jam-pack your morning with the right energy sources, but today I’m sharing my absolute fave and daily go-to recipe below.

## **WHAT YOU’LL NEED…**
**Protein:**
- 2 scoops Collagen Peptide Powder
- 2 scoops Teras Whey Bourbon Vanilla Powder
- 2 Cups Almond Milk
**Fat:**
- 1 Tbsp Natural Almond Butter
- 1 Tbsp Coconut XCT Oil
**Fiber:**
- ½ Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Cup fresh or frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Tbsp organic flax/chia blend
**Optional:** If you want it to turn out a bit creamier, feel free to add ½ to 1 whole banana to your smoothie blend.

## **GET BLENDING**
The next step is to simply add all ingredients to your blender, and watch it come together! I always blend these ingredients in my Vitamix (which I highly recommend, by the way) and it makes this process a cinch each morning. Simply start by pouring in the liquid ingredients, followed by adding your powders, then fruit, then greens. **Helpful hint:** Adding your ingredients in this order before you blend ensures that all the ingredients get mixed together evenly and thoroughly! Top with ice (if you’d like) before you start up your blender, then blend away.
